Personal Training is one-on-one or semi-private, with two to four people and one coach, each on their own program. Group Training is a coached small class where everyone follows the same session, scaled to each person.
Do you have personal trainers for adults over 40 in San Diego?
Yes. Most Brainstorm Fitness clients are adults over 40. Our personal trainers focus on strength, balance and mobility for everyday life, adjusted to your joints and injury history.
Do you work with people coming back from injury?
Yes. Post-rehab strength training picks up where physical therapy ends and progresses load on a written plan, once your clinician has cleared you for exercise. Shoulders, knees, hips and lower backs are the areas we see most.
